Bermuda Visa Information
Tourist Visa
Online Process:
- It is mandatory for all applicants to complete an online form. The British Overseas Countries are mentioned on the site Click here.
- You can apply online at Apply Online.
- Applicant needs to APPLY ONLINE.
- Select the purpose of visit in the options given.
- After filling up the online visa form, you will get an option for appointment date.
- With this printout applicant needs to visit VFS for biometrics.
- Visa fees must be paid online using Visa/MasterCard debit or credit cards or via e-wallet (PayPal or Skrill).
Required Documents:
- Passport valid for at least 6 months with two empty pages back-to-back.
- Two passport-size photographs (35 x 45 mm with 80% face) according to biometric specifications.
- One Visa Form (all columns must be completed).
- Personal Covering Letter from the Applicant giving purpose, duration of stay, etc.
- Sponsorship letter from family/friends in Bermuda with financial details.
- Leave letter from the company.
- Appointment letter/Salary slips for the last 6 months.
- Personal bank statement (last 6 months, A4 size photocopy, including account number and bank contact details).
- Personal Income Tax Returns for the last 3 years.
- Confirmed hotel bookings for entire duration of stay.
- Note: All original set of documents must be submitted.
Business Visa
Online Process:
- Applicant needs to APPLY ONLINE.
- Select the purpose of visit in the options given.
- After filling up the online visa form, you will get an option for appointment date.
- With this printout applicant needs to visit VFS for biometrics.
- Visa fees must be paid online using Visa/MasterCard debit or credit cards or via e-wallet (PayPal or Skrill).
Required Documents:
- Passport valid for at least 6 months with two empty pages back-to-back.
- Two passport-size photographs (35 x 45 mm with 80% face) according to biometric specifications.
- One Visa Form (all columns must be completed).
- Two Covering Letters:
- Personal Covering Letter (purpose, duration of stay, etc.).
- Employer Covering Letter (details of business visit).
- Invitation letter from the company in Bermuda with complete details of the visit.
- Evidence of business correspondence between the two companies.
- Confirmed hotel bookings for entire duration of stay.
- Appointment letter/Salary slips for the last 6 months.
- Company’s bank statement (last 6 months, A4 size photocopy with account details and bank contacts).
- Income Tax Returns of the company for the last 3 years.
- Company’s registration certificate / proof of company / partnership deed.
- Note: All original set of documents must be submitted.
